SIMPLIFY IT - your life on automation
your process is included inside
You've got all the tools right at your fingertips, so where's the freedom you were promised?
It's like when I try to play piano.
I’m looking at all the same keys as Billy Joel and Elton John but it sounds like I’m playing with my elbows!
Frustrating, right?
I got this message from a client this week, and I bet you can relate:
I've got all these things I need to do - John showed me how to automate things, Amanda asked me to write the email sequences (I did).
But now I have to set up the automations.
Workflows, automations, pipelines, trigger links, tags, sequences, courses, memberships, landing pages, funnels...F**K MY LIFE!
Let's cut through the noise ok.
This person has NO TIME to read this email and you probably don’t either, so let’s get to solving problems right now!
The Real Talk
You're complicating things. Period.
You've got to strip it down to the essentials.
The future is automation - yes. The strategy is digital marketing - yes.
Now pause and think simply - what are the one or two things that, if automated, would change the game for you?
Have you identified them?
Good. Now let's focus.
Your Game Plan
Identify Your Core Needs: What's the endgame here? More time? More sales? Both?
Identify Your "One Thing": What's the one task that, if automated, would change the game for you? Is it email marketing, customer segmentation, lead tracking, onboarding?
Simplify to Amplify: Choose one tool that can accomplish your "One Thing" effectively. Don't get lost in features; focus on functionalities that serve your "One Thing."
Execute and Evaluate: Implement the automation for your "One Thing" and measure its impact over a week. Is it making your life easier? Is it moving the needle in your business?

Your Next Move - Do This Today
You've got the insights; now it's time for action.
Set the clock for 30 minutes to identify your "One Thing" and the one tool that will help you automate it. Then, set it up. No excuses.
I'm telling you to audit your tools and processes today. Strip away the fluff and focus on what moves the needle.
Look, you've got this. You’ve been doing it already (payroll, invoicing).
So stop letting the fear of the new tools run you and start running these things!
Let's get back to taking action, agreed?

Beyond Your “One Thing”
One week won’t provide enough data for final decisions, but for now, we’re just focused on simplifying. You will begin to integrate more and more tools over time - it’s inevitable. So I designed the pdf checklist below to help you along.
